What we offer

The shape of the work.

Real ownership. Early employees shape the protocols, the data infrastructure, and the partner relationships. The decisions you make at this stage will still be in the company in five years.

Coastline + lab. Some weeks you'll be on a beach at dawn with a local partner; some weeks you'll be in the lab at midnight running a reactor. The work is bioprocess R&D, which means the work is in both places.

Time to think. We're a small team building something hard. We protect the time it takes to do the reading, run the replicate, and write the protocol down.

Honest compensation. Salary benchmarks are set against comparable roles in the same region, plus meaningful early-stage equity for full-time hires.

Hiring process

What to expect.

1. Intro call (30 min). We talk about the role, the company, and your background. No preparation required. We'll ask if you have any questions for us.

2. Technical conversation (60 min). With the hiring manager. Expect questions about your work, not trivia. Bring a project you'd be happy to talk about.

3. Site visit (half day). Tour the lab, meet the team, and run through a short, paid work sample. We pay for travel and the work-sample hours.

4. Reference check + offer. Three to five business days. We don't do "exploding offers" or aggressive negotiation timelines.
